The concert Un palco per le giovani voci closes the festival Omaggio a Maria Callas in the context of the second year of celebrations LA DIVINA EMOZIONE, Sirmione Callas 21 – 23.
It was a year full of important musical and cultural initiatives inaugurated with the concert Tre donne per Maria and which now ends with a great concert always under the banner of opera music.
The Concorso Lirico Internazionale Mario Orlandoni di Como includes a jury of internationally renowned journalists and artistic directors and offers opportunities for recruitment to young competitors. As part of the competition, three young singers were chosen who will perform with an orchestra on an exceptional stage like the Sirmione one. The three young artists were selected by M° Mirca Rosciani and M° Sabina Concari. The choice rewarded three young people already on their way to a brilliant career: Paola Leoci, soprano, Sayumi Kaneko, mezzo soprano, Gianni Giuga, baritone.
