The European Privacy Regulation (EU Reg. N. 679/2016, hereinafter GDPR) prescribes certain rights in favor of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
All citizens, as interested in the treatments carried out at the Municipality of Sirmione, carried out for institutional purposes, have the right to be informed about the characteristics of the processing of their data and about the rights that the legislation recognizes them.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing:
The data is processed for institutional purposes only. The data must be provided for express legal obligation and, therefore, do not require consent to treatment. Refusal to provide data makes it impossible to access the service or to use the service.
Duration of treatment:
The storage of data and, therefore, the duration of the treatment, is carried out in compliance with the current legislation established by the Conservation Plan of the Italian Municipalities and by the Conservation Supervision of the Archives Superintendence.
The processing of personal data, provided by the citizen directly or indirectly, will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form at the headquarters of the Municipality, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR and the AGID guidelines on security measures.
Scope of communication and diffusion:
Personal data are disclosed and / or communicated only on the basis of specific laws and / or regulations. The subjects to whom these data can be communicated are the following:
• Private subjects (both natural and legal persons) to whom the Municipality should entrust specific assignments for the performance of some outsourcing activities (for example: system administrator, public service concessionaires, etc.);
• Public Authority identified by law;
• Private subjects based on the procedures for accessing documents;
• Other subjects required by law.
